Jason Kelce showed off his fit physique while taking part in a celebrity golf invitational Monday.
The retired Philadelphia Eagles star was seen teeing off at the Union League Golf Club at Torresdale in Philadelphia during Mike Quick’s charity event.
‘Ball still hasn’t landed yet,’ Kelce’s New Heights podcast captioned a clip of him smashing the ball across the course.
Fans were quick to comment on the father-of-three’s figure, noting he was looking in-shape.
‘Kelce looking trim and fit in the retirement off season!’ one person responded to the social media clip.
‘Damn, Jason, looking fit!,’ another chimed in, while a third fan joked, ‘All of us “wine moms” are drooling over Jason.’
The future Hall of Famer, who retired from the league earlier this year after spending 13 seasons in Philadelphia, has some lofty weight loss goals.
During an interview with Arnold Schwarzenegger on his podcast earlier this year, Kelce detailed his plan to shed almost 50 pounds.
‘I’m in the process right now, I’m retired,’ he told the former Governor of California.
‘I’ve played my whole career at 295 [pounds]. I’m trying to get down to 250-260. My goal is two pounds every week, lose it, but maintain my muscle mass,’ he explained.
‘And I’m trying to monitor my carbs, my proteins and my fats.’
Back in March, Jason told his co-host, brother Travis Kelce, that he didn’t believe in extreme dieting.
‘I look forward to getting skinny. But I’m gonna slim down … this last week I got down to like 285,’ he said at the time.
‘There’s different ways to do this. I personally don’t subscribe to doing extreme diets like going all the way vegan or all the way carnivore or keto. F**k no, I’m not doing that.’
Jason’s golf outing comes one day after his wife, Kylie Kelce, delivered the commencement address at Cabrini University’s graduation ceremony for the class of 2024.
‘My husband, Jason Kelce, is known for giving some pretty earth-shattering speeches,’ she began, referencing the emotional speech he gave to announce his retirement earlier this year.
‘He did not help me in writing my words today, so you can go ahead and lower those expectations,’ she quipped.
Kylie, whose maiden name is McDevitt, graduated from Cabrini in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in communications.
